San Francisco Tax Preparation / CPA: CA – Fourth interested parties meeting set to discuss potential amendments to alternative apportionment method rules

The California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) will hold a fourth interested parties meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., to discuss the proposed amendments to California’s rules pertaining to alternative apportionment method petition procedures (Reg. Sec. 25137). The meeting will be held telephonically. To attend the meeting, interested parties should RSVP by August 4, 2020, by contacting Christy Keith at (916) 845-6080 or email at FTBRegulations@ftb.ca.gov. To participate in the meeting taxpayers are requested to dial (888) 557-8511 five minutes prior to the start time and use participant pass code 2337921, followed by the # sign. If participants wish to make a comment on matters discussed during the meeting, participants may direct that comment in an email to FTBIPM-Hearing@ftb.ca.gov.
